How can I make sure that Oral Clear works?

Your mouth needs to be 100% covered with the product meaning you need to swish the liquid around your mouth everywhere, under the tongue, in your cheeks, on the roof of your mouth, etc. You should be sure your oral hygiene is very good. The Oral Clear is extremely effective when the person has a good oral hygiene. Meaning on people that brush their teeth and floss every day. For people that don't maintain a good oral hygiene, the product could be less effective since it gives more opportunity for toxins to cling on. The timing needs to be in the correct range as well, you need swish the liquid for the full 30 seconds.

Remove gum capsule from the tube, remove the wrapping. Save wrapping for used gum.
With lips sealed, bite into gum capsule then allow liquid to spread through the mouth without swallowing.
